AMAZING NEWS...and FREEBIE (for now)

I've officially "opened" my TpT store and as an "I love you" to all of my loyal followers, I have posted my super cute and colorful Owl Themed "I Can..." Statements for the 2nd Grade Common Core Math Standards for FREE!!!!  (Ok, so they are free for now...so grab them while you can.  They won't be free forever.)

This set included 48 "I Can..." statements for math which covers all of the 2nd Grade Common Core Math Standards.  There are a total of 16 different owl/border combinations (all designed by none other than...ME).  Truth be told, I really wanted the "I Can" statements to post in my room, but I wasn't overly thrilled will the choices available.  In no way am I saying that the other options were bad...they are great in fact, but none of them had cute little owls (my theme for next year) in the colors that I wanted.  So, that is what caused me to try my hand at creating my very own owl graphics.

This offer will not last long friends, so grab it while you can.  All I ask is that if you do download it, you leave me positive feedback...4 Star Ratings would be nice (wink, wink).  Coordinating "I Can..." Statements for Language Arts are next on the agenda as well as coordinating subject posters.

Click on the picture to go directly to the download page on TpT to snag this Math Standards set for FREE.  :)

If you like the Math Set, then please click on the picture below to go straight to my TpT store to grab the ELA Set for the low, low price of $5.  ;)

  5. I love these and plan on doing an owl theme next year also. Just curious how do you plan on using the "I can" statements? We are just getting ready to start using common core this upcoming year.

    1. We will be required to post our learning targets ("I can..." statements) for each lesson so I'm planning on posting them on my board. Deanna Jump has a really good picture example of how she has hers posted (on ribbon).

    1. Well...I don't know if the training was "inspirational" or "TERRIFYING!!!" ;)
Next year will be a complete change in every way, shape, and form. But, like you I am certainly motivated to get planning (and creating) so that I can be prepared.
